How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the design and execution of research projects by defining objectives, drafting briefs, developing questionnaires and overseeing survey programming and fieldwork to ensure data qualityAnalyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, transforming complex insights into actionable business recommendations and compelling presentationsCollaborate closely with external research vendors to manage schedules, budgets and compliance with statements of workPartner with teams across Marketing, Product and Operations to align research efforts with organizational prioritiesIdentify critical research needs across functions and proactively champion solutions that address key business challengesDrive continuous improvement by exploring advanced research techniques and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiencyWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Management or related fieldExperience
5+ years of project management experience7+ years of Marketing Research experienceSkills
Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesAbility to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertiseAbility to identify research necessary to address a multitude of business needsExperience interpreting and summarizing secondary data (e.g. Forrester, Mintel, etc.)Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at onceAdvanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applicationsAbility to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Skills
