OverviewPharMerica, a part of Brightspring Health Services, is a long‑term care pharmacy services provider that supplies medications, clinical support, and pharmacy management to healthcare organizations across the United States.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms & Enablement is responsible for designing, owning, and evolving the technology platforms, data foundations, processes, and enablement frameworks that power a high-performing marketing organization.
This role serves as the architect and steward of marketing platforms, including HubSpot, CRM connectivity, data governance, reporting frameworks, workflow tools, and AI-enabled capabilities. In addition, this role leads marketing-wide enablement and process design, ensuring teams have the structure, visibility, and tools required to execute effectively and scale sustainably.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role partners closely with marketing leaders, Sales, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Legal.
We’re looking for a candidate with 7 or more years of hands‑on experience in marketing technology, enablement, or similar strategic functions. Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua), CRM platforms, and the surrounding marketing technology landscape is required.
