Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy- Retail Marketing

As Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy at Spectrum, you will lead the development and execution of advertising strategies, oversee impactful campaigns and programs and guide brand perception to fuel growth and retention. Your leadership will enhance customer relationships and reinforce Spectrum’s value in every market we serve.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

Develop and execute advertising strategies that support company growth and brand advancementManage marketing campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans for targeted campaignsPartner with field marketing to design and deliver local and national programs across multiple channelsCraft effective tactics for local marketing and sales initiatives in alignment with Spectrum’s overall brandDeliver compelling product messaging, including emotional value propositions for new product launchesConsistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through strategic marketing initiatives

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field

Experience   

7+ years industry experience in consumer technology or related industriesExperience managing major advertising campaigns

Skills  

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and constructive feedbackProficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applicationsAdvanced knowledge of marketing principlesEfficient resource management and task prioritization skillsCreative and strategic thinking abilitiesRelationship-building skills with customers and colleaguesTeam management and motivation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

2-5 years' experience with marketing retail strategy, creative ideation, and go to market strategy for stores

Experience

Experience managing traditional and online/social media planningExperience in brand management
