JOB TITLE
Senior Marketing Manager | MAF Properties | Head Office



ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Manager will mainly be responsible for the Marketing performance of the assigned asset(s) including reviewing asset-level budgets, implementing the marketing strategy defined by AMBU Corporate Marketing and overseeing and supporting the Mall Marketing team



ROLE PROFILE

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Review, approve, and align asset-level marketing calendars and campaigns with corporate guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance.Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring team adherence and timely implementation within budgetary limits.Campaign Execution & Innovation: Implement and oversee marketing initiatives (e.g., loyalty programs) to drive footfall and spending, collaborating with retail partners for tailored, measurable campaigns.Agency & Partner Relations: Lead and manage external agency relationships, ensuring effective briefing, negotiation, and alignment with brand strategy and KPIs.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with tenants, sister companies, and internal teams; relay COE directives and escalate issues when necessary.Brand & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all local campaigns comply with corporate brand guidelines, adapting for market specifics and aligning with shopper experience goals.Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop the marketing team, conduct performance reviews, identify talent, and foster a collaborative, transparent work environment.Audit & Performance Monitoring: Resolve audit findings promptly, collaborate with Mall Managers on improving NPS scores, and ensure operational excellence in all marketing activities.

 


REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; an MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.Experience: Minimum 7 - 9 years of progressive experience in managing all aspects of Marketing function in a highly dynamic and customer driven industry, preferably Retail / Luxury Hospitality / Real Estate in Egypt or abroad.Analytical & Strategic Skills: Possesses strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and navigate ambiguity.Communication Excellence: Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and storytelling to influence stakeholders.Matrix Environment Adaptability: Able to work effectively within a complex, cross-functional organizational structure.Leadership & Innovation: Demonstrates strong people leadership and brings innovative thinking to marketing strategies.
