What you'll do

Develop innovative, consumer insight-driven Korea marketing plans that drive brand credibility, user growth, and profit

Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across all traveler touchpoints with full creative and executional control 

Uncover consumer insights based on strong consumer understanding, seasonality, and business metrics

Optimize marketing mix to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.

Analyze and report marketing impact to understand and improve key business metrics

Partner with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects and global-scale campaigns

Stay ahead of the curve. Track market trends, competitive landscape changes, consumer insights - to spot opportunities and lead the industry

What you'll need

8+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online and/or consumer marketing

Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs

Strong understanding of consumer insights and media landscape in the local market.

Strong leadership with the ability to work across matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.

Communication skills in both Korean and English

Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop and measure marketing programs

Resilient under pressure, highly collaborative, adaptable to change, and thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving settings.

Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
