Senior Manager, Mako Product Specialist (Hybrid)
**What You Will Do** We are seeking a Sr. Manager to lead and support the Mako Product Specialist team across Latin America. This role will be responsible for designing future team structures aligned with the regional strategy, overseeing performance and retention, and supporting onboarding and training for new hires. The ideal candidate will coordinate regional case coverage, drive clinical adoption, and ensure a high level of technical and procedural expertise across the team. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to support growth and excellence in robotic-assisted surgery. Key Responsibilities: + Design and implement future structures for the Mako Product Specialist team aligned with LATAM strategy, focusing on performance management and talent retention. + Oversee onboarding of new Mako Product Specialists, including platform induction, workflow orientation, role clarification, and enrollment in application training courses. + Support internal launches and staff training at new Mako installation sites, ensuring clinical readiness and alignment with best practices. + Coordinate and optimize regional case coverage scheduling, ensuring adequate support for surgeons and surgical teams. + Deliver data-driven reports and metrics to management and regulatory teams, including case reviews, service activities, and continuous improvement recommendations. + Train physicians and hospital staff—including OR, radiology, and sterile processing, on the proper use of the RIO system, accessories, implants, and surgical workflow. + Provide clinical case support at unassigned accounts and manage timely complaint reporting in line with quality system requirements. + Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote Mako’s clinical benefits, increase utilization, support roadshows, manage consigned inventory, and grow case volume through strategic engagement. **What you need:** Required: + Bachelor’s degree + Fluent in English + Advanced Spanish Level + Strong Profesional experience + Previous experience managing Clinical Teams + MPS Certification Preferred: + Previous Clinical experience Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
