Eaton is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, M&A Integration. This role will include approximately 25% business travel.
What you’ll do:Eaton’s Strategy & Corporate Development team is expanding its M&A Integration practice and is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to lead end-to-end integration efforts. This role will partner with business leaders and corporate functions to drive value creation through structured integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead M&A integrations from due diligence through post-close executionDevelop and implement integration strategies aligned with business goalsCoordinate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Ops) to ensure seamless transitionsManage Day 1 readiness, risk mitigation, and performance trackingSupport divestiture planning and executionMentor leaders on M&A best practices
This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader passionate about driving transformation and delivering results through M&A.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience leading the cross-functional integration(s) of an acquired entity or entities into a larger organization.Minimum of 7 years of experience within or consulting within a multinational company.Big 4 or similar consulting experience with a focus on M&A integration a plus.Experience within manufacturing operations helpful.
