We're looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, a key role where you'll work directly with the management team and drive the CRM function across Email, SMS and onsite channels, shape the customer journey from acquisition to retention and drive product marketing initiatives. Success in this role hinges on your ability to own projects end-to-end, to apply critical thinking, to adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will… Own communication touchpoints, creating a cohesive and personalized experience across different lifecycle stages. Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring all touchpoints are aligned with our brand promise. Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel (email, SMS, onsite) lifecycle marketing strategies to effectively guide users through their journey–from activation to engagement, monetization and re-marketing. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro & macro KPIs. Drive & optimize referral program Collaborate with the product team to lead product marketing efforts, effectively communicating the value of new features and offerings to our customer base. Own experimentation roadmap, identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization. Analyze campaign performance and user data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Architect customer journeys and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences. Drive the implementation of new segmentation strategies to provide better user experience to each individual customer. Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams to integrate new features, leverage insights from other channels, and incorporate seasonality into informed tactics You are... A seasoned CRM marketing professional with a deep passion for the field A highly pragmatic, inquisitive, geared to action individual A natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing and guiding team members. An expert in customer retention, with a deep understanding of loyalty programs and engagement tactics. Highly creative, with a proven ability to conceptualize and bring to life new themes and concepts Data-native, an expert in A/B tests A strategic thinker, able to break down big initiatives into smaller milestones and work methodologically to reach your goals At a minimum, you have... BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record. 6+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing with at least 2 years in the subscription space Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills. Experience in advanced data analysis, leveraging historical performance to inform and execute complex CRM projects. Expertise in managing and optimizing complex audience segmentation strategies and full lifecycle experiences. A track record of successfully bringing creative ideas to fruition and developing unique and effective themes for ongoing marketing campaigns. Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills. Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau, Adobe suite, or Google Analytics is highly advantageous. Passion for creative production. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
