We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Legislative & Judiciary Affairs, Mexico** to support and execute our engagement strategy with legislative and judicial stakeholders at the federal and local levels. This role is pivotal in strengthening our understanding of Mexico's evolving decision-making environment, anticipating legislative and judicial developments, and supporting effective issue and crisis management. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on government and congressional experience, strong operational relationship skills, and deep knowledge of legislative, electoral, and judicial processes.

**What You'll Do for Us**
+ **Support and execute** the Company's legislative and judiciary affairs strategy in Mexico, aligned with PACS priorities and guidance.
+ **Manage day-to-day relationships** with operational teams and staff within the Federal Congress, local congresses, and relevant judicial stakeholders.
+ **Monitor, analyze, and report** on legislative, electoral, and judicial developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the Company.
+ **Provide operational support** in the preparation of positions, briefings, and engagement plans related to legislative initiatives and judicial reforms.
+ **Support crisis preparedness and response** , coordinating timely information flow and execution with PACS, Communications, and Legal teams.
+ **Contribute to stakeholder mapping** and tracking of key decision-makers and influencers across federal and local institutions.
+ **Enable effective field execution** , maintaining high operational availability and readiness for travel across Mexico as required.
+ **Support the execution of the PACS ABP** through operational planning, budget tracking and program implementation, coordination with bottlers and internal teams, and on-the-ground support during issues and crisis (IMCR) situations as needed.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience working with government, Congress, or public affairs, with exposure to both federal and local legislative environments.
+ Strong understanding of Mexico's political and institutional decision-making processes over the last 9 years.
+ Solid knowledge of the legislative and electoral processes, as well as familiarity with recent and ongoing judicial reform in Mexico.
+ Demonstrated experience managing operational-level relationships within Congress and government institutions.
+ Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, including crisis situations.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate political developments into actionable insights.
+ Full operational availability, with 100% travel readiness as required.
+ English proficiency required; Spanish fluency required for effective local engagement.
