Manage a team and IT Cloud activities including leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems for the organization **How you will make an impact:** • Manage and oversee the work of IT Cloud Engineering, and Software Development. Supporting enterprise platform implementations for DevOps, AI, and Digital product development. This may include coaching and mentoring your team and other engineers in the adoption of best practices. • Lead in the design and implementation of broad IT Cloud Engineering and, Software Development strategies which may include developing a 3-year roadmap and negotiating alignment with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., R&D and product development) • Plan and direct complex activities with significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables . Lead in identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams • Establish and develop procedures for Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Workloads while engaging proper Enterprise level standards in security, governance, availability and scalability. Partner with the necessary peer organizations to ensure alignment. • Participate in Cloud Architecture and Design activities for enterprise-wide solutions, digital product development and/or manufacturing and quality related solutions • Manage vendor relationship and harmonize needs across all stakeholders • Support Cloud Architecture and Design activities for Cloud based Product Development • Other Incidental duties **What you'll need (Required):** • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System), related experience in IT Cloud Engineering and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager Required or • Master's Degree or equivalent in related field Preferred • Other: Certification in related field Preferred • Demonstrated track record in people management Required • Experience working in a regulated industry Preferred **What else we look for (Preferred)** • Proven successful project management leadership skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives • Expert understanding of procedures while identifying applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems • Expert understanding of related aspects of IT Cloud processes and/or systems • Expert knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to IT Cloud Engineering • Demonstrated ability to manage team and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations • Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of IT Cloud Engineering to the business • Strict attention to detail • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment • Ability to frequently interact with internal and external management and senior-level stakeholders concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship • Ability to provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to successfully implement global enterprise systems and related solutions • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
