How you will make an impact: 
• Manage experienced IT professionals and/or oversee the work of assigned IT

team within own function

• Plan and direct IT application solutions project activities with the

accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the

business within established financial, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.

• Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, critical path,

resolve issues, action item follow up, etc. in collaboration with project

managers, scrum masters, or delivery leads

• Manage defined set of business applications or technologies to ensure

performance according to business needs and IT standards, upgrades,

performance, functionality enhancements, security, validation and general

maintenance

• Create bridge-building solutions that improve client relationships

• Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements including customer satisfaction with project execution and operational support

• Assess new technologies and methods to meet customer needs

• Develop ROI based business cases for enhancements and small projects in

collaboration with stakeholders.

What you will need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Required

• Minimum of 11 years related experience and experience as a technical lead or manager role

• Certification in related field required (Salesforce Certification Administrator & Salesforce Certification Platform App Builder)

• Certification in Sales Cloud Consultant & Service Cloud Consultant are preferred

• Expert understanding of IT applications, end-to-end business processes, technologies and functional areas

• Ability to develop and integrate metrics into projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of IT to the business

• Expert understanding of IT procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines

• Demonstrated track record in people management

• Excellent interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills

• Organizational and project management leadership skills

• Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation

• Excels in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision

• Leads the team to adapt to rapidly changing environment

• Prior experience working in complex global business environment

• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments

• Experience managing small to medium IT projects

• Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation preferred

• Deep working knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP, CRM, QMS, etc (such as JDE, SAP), CRM (such as Salesforce.com) preferred

• Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
