The Resmed Investor Relations (IR) team is responsible for building and maintaining effective two-way communications between Resmed and the investment community, including shareholders and other institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders. This dialogue facilitates enhanced understanding and awareness of Resmed’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth opportunities to ultimately achieve a fair valuation for the company.
ROLE:
Resmed is looking for a Senior Manager, IR to serve as a key point of contact with the investment community. The Senior Manager, IR will work in partnership with the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) to build and execute a strategic IR marketing plan, including, but not limited to, targeting analysis, annual goal setting, event strategy and logistics coordination, presentation development, and related internal process management and reporting. This person will also support broader IR team initiatives, including quarterly earnings and other IR-related activities. This is a highly visible and critical role that will partner and collaborate with Resmed’s executive leadership team and multiple other functions to ensure we are communicating our Resmed story as effectively and efficiently as possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the CIRO to set Resmed’s annual IR marketing strategy, focused on optimizing across geographies, event forums (e.g., conferences, non-deal roadshows, bus tours), and management attendance to ensure effective engagement with shareholders, target investment firms, and sell side analysts. Lead targeting analysis, leveraging third party tools and relationships. Provide in-depth intelligence on prospective investors as needed. Maintain global investor targeting documents to inform meeting prioritization. Actively manage Resmed’s IR marketing calendar and related processes to deliver efficient planning and logistics coordination with internal and external constituents. Partner with the CIRO to establish annual goals and measurement programs related to IR marketing effectiveness. Support IR team development of key messages, corporate narrative, and investor presentations to facilitate investment community engagement. Maintain relationships with third-party service providers and advisors to ensure Resmed’s IR program is utilizing best-in-class products, services, and tools. Support IR and legal team efforts to ensure Resmed’s compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD).
REQUISITE SKILLS:
You are familiar with IR marketing and have directly relevant prior experience working in another IR team and/or in corporate access. You’re highly detail-oriented and organized, with an inclination to establish processes to bring standardization and efficiency. You’re a proven collaborator who enjoys working across all levels and functions of the company and with external stakeholders. You are a multi-tasker who can prioritize and manage across multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism. You’re a self-starter who can anticipate needs, be resourceful, and has situational awareness in a dynamic setting. You have both financial acumen and a strong understanding of how investors and sell side analysts perform their jobs. You’re a strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus. Minimum of [5] years of experience in investor relations in a publicly traded company, on the sell side, and/or in corporate access. Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling, as well as analysts’ and investors’ typical processes for evaluating equity investments.Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences. Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. This role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance, subject to the discretion of company. Base Pay Range for this position: $157,000 - $196,000 - $235,000 USD.
