The Senior Manager, International Human Resources is an important member of the Raytheon International HR and Operations Team. In partnership with key stakeholders, the incumbent will advance HR’s international capability and promote alignment with business and operational goals. This Senior Manager works collaboratively within HR, the strategic business units, programs, functions and centers of expertise (COE) and provides International HR expertise in the design, development, and implementation of fully integrated and sustainable IHR strategies and solutions that support Raytheon’s international growth and contribute to business execution. **Responsibilities to Anticipate** : + Works collaboratively within HR, the strategic business units, programs, functions and centers of expertise (COE) and provides International HR expertise in the design, development, and implementation of fully integrated and sustainable IHR strategies and solutions + Diagnoses and troubleshoots unique and complex IHR challenges that impact business operations and program execution + Facilitates bringing appropriate stakeholders together to design, develop and implement competitive, consistent, and compliant solutions (e.g., operations, compliance, infrastructure, etc.) + Supports continuous improvement in the overall HR Operations to elevate the international employee experience + Ensures HR processes in-country are aligned and compliant to the RTX and RAY HR processes + Understands and translates complex host country employment regulations and cultural considerations into HR requirements + Understands local/in-country employee and business needs, builds relationships internally and externally and help shape the direction for IHR strategy and RTX harmonization activities, anticipates and identifies integration, cost, or resourcing issues + Supports the establishment and/or maintenance of Raytheon’s legal entities abroad + Identifies, develops and maintains IHR knowledge repositories, tools and playbooks; Educates HR, Managers and other key stakeholders on IHR and best practices + Partners with HR COEs to develop change management and implementation plans + Must be willing and able to travel internationally **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience + Minimum 5 years experience in a dedicated international HR position + Experience with international regulations and practices + Experience leading large projects and successfully implementing solutions **Qualification We Vaulue:** + MBA or Masters preferred + Strong analytical skills and facility with statistical tools + Ability to analyze multiple data sets to identify trends, financial implications, and risk & opportunities + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills + Strong project management and prioritization skills + Collaborative within HR matrix and with enterprise/business stakeholders + Highly adaptable and agile to manage and influence complexity and evolving priorities + Experience working with and managing global and geographically dispersed teams + Experience supporting profit/loss organizations or new business efforts + Previous experience living and working abroad + Ability to collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed company and develop support for IHR priorities + Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with rapidly changing priorities + Ability to critically assess and analyze complex challenges or needs **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
