**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 9 years of experience in commercial roles, with a combination of experience in strategy consulting and client-side sales/marketing leadership.
+ 4 years of experience in people management, with experience building and leading Sales teams.
+ Experience in sales, working towards quarterly goals, and owning C-level client relationships.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience delivering outstanding business results, driving operational aptitude across teams.
+ Experience in a media sales environment, with knowledge of advertising solutions and media landscape, both online and offline.
+ Understanding of Google products with the ability to coach team members on how to position and promote these products.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities.

The team partners closely with sellers providing strategic advisory to both advertisers and agencies, from opportunity identification, market prioritization, to go-to-market strategy definition. Customers are supported through customized in-depth analysis and recommendations, including advisory on how to overcome the most common operational hurdles to ensure the expansion strategy enables long-term sustainable growth, exceeding their international ambitions.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across Search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of International Growth Consultants, guiding them to deliver on quarterly business goals and long-term strategic objectives.
+ Coach team members on opportunity identification and how to position and promote Google solutions to help customers achieve their business goals.
+ Develop strategic international growth plans for relevant sectors and win stakeholders over to activate them.
+ Identify best practices and encourage team members to share and scale to deliver broader impact.
+ Define the team's long-term strategy, leading the annual business planning process, interacting with market, regional and global executive stakeholders, executives and cross-functional leaders to obtain buy-in and secure resources.
