The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing – GC is responsible for leading the development and execution of cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns and seasonal activations that elevate campaign visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial performance in driving demand.
This role requires a deep understanding of both digital and social marketing channels, a passion for data-driven storytelling, and the ability to align cross-functional teams (creative, digital, loyalty, commercial, operation, and hotel teams) around a unified marketing objective. The role will be responsible for bridging the gap between strategy and tactical execution, ensuring consistency in messaging across all touchpoints while adapting to evolving market trends and consumer needs.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible to form an annual marketing calendar as well as content calendar for both Wechat and Red Note official accounts to drive engaging content that supports both business and marketing objectives.
1. Integrated Marketing Calendar Ownership
• Lead the development, alignment and consolidation of the Integrated Marketing Calendar for GC with cross-functional marketing teams, aligning market business and regional marketing objectives
2. Seasonal Campaign Leadership
• Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation, budgeting, and planning to launch, performance tracking, and post-campaign optimization.
• Partner with other marketing functions to ensure campaigns are creatively bold, brand-aligned, and commercially impactful to drive direct, loyalty and total revenue.
3. Social Media Content Strategy
• Own the social media content strategy and annual calendar for GC Wechat and Rednote official accounts, ensuring local consumer relevance and alignment with brand tone.
• Drive engaging content that supports conversion, brand perception, and loyalty engagement.
5. Team Leadership Development
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Define clear roles, timelines, and deliverables; resolve bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies; demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical background with attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead within a matrixed organization
• Superior written and oral presentation skills
