ASP OU Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. **Focus, Scope, & Impact:**
Based in Singapore, this individual contributor role will accelerate and orchestrate the innovation agenda across ASP by driving disciplined, end-to-end project management, governance, and operational excellence. Lead innovation governance, enable rigorous pipeline and project prioritization, and integrate new ways of working across the innovation system for sustainable, scalable growth.
+ **Lead innovation governance and enable rigorous prioritization:**
+ Serve as the operational backbone for the ASP OU Innovation organization, orchestrating innovation pipeline governance and prioritization routines.
+ Integrate innovation management and project orchestration to ensure a consistent flow of winning innovations and disciplined, market-embedded execution.
+ Embed tech- and data-enabled tools and processes to reinforce best-in-class innovation management and transparency across the system.
+ Translate OU and market priorities into clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables-ensuring a healthy and executable innovation pipeline.
+ **Orchestrate rigorous end-to-end project execution:**
+ Ensure projects advance successfully through the stage-gate process-from concept validation to launch-while proactively managing risks, bottlenecks, and escalations.
+ Coordinate routines, reviews, checkpoints, and disciplined reporting to drive project accountability and operational excellence.
+ Enforce adherence to documentation, governance practices, and process standards.
+ **Marketing Orchestration & Cross-Functional Integration**
+ Ensure seamless integration of innovation, marketing campaigns, platforms, and in-market execution.
+ Support Marketing leadership with insights, structured updates, dashboards, and progress tracking.
+ **Foster a culture of learning, agility, and connected ways of working:**
+ Champion disciplined execution, rapid learning, and outcome-focused project management culture.
+ Embed ongoing capability-building, process optimization, and best-practice sharing-leveraging tech-enabled and data-driven improvements.
+ Foster a culture of disciplined execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Experience & Critical Requirements:**
+ Proven experience 6-8+ years in leading complex, cross-functional projects/programs (in FMCG, innovation, or commercialization environments), ideally with regional exposure.
+ Deep proficiency in project management, innovation governance, and pipeline prioritization.
+ Experience in enabling process improvement and embedding tech/data solutions in project management.
+ Excellent risk management, milestone tracking, and reporting acumen.
+ Advanced influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional orchestration skills.
+ Effective communicator and integrator, able to translate ambiguity into action and clarity.
+ Strong command of pipeline management tools, workflow discipline, and post-launch analytics.
+ Good business and technical acumen; able to understand business cases, asses project commercial and financial viability
**Communication focus:**
+ Alignment and orchestration across Category, Packaging, Marketing, Technical, R&D, Commercialization, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams.
+ Provides concise, actionable project updates, risk visibility, and strategic interventions to ASP OU and functional leadership.
+ Leads routines, review forums, and best-practice embedding to foster a disciplined, tech-enabled, solutions-driven innovation culture.
