Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Privileged Access Management Governance TeamProvide Technology platform-specific subject matter expertiseDevelop privileged access use case, solution, and process designResponsible for developing and maintaining privileged access definitions, discovery methodologies, and compliance scorecardsSupport remediation and evidence coordination related to 2nd/3rd Line of Defense and Regulatory audits, exams, and assessmentsFacilitate control and maturity assessmentsOversee compliance and hygiene for privileged accountsDevelop and test privileged access use cases and alerts for the enterprise Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) solutionConduct regular access attestations/certifications focused on privileged accessSupport technology and business teams in the adoption of privileged access management controls and solutionsDevelop and support Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) policies and governanceCoordinate with business and technology stakeholders for feedback on requirements, customizations, and product functionalityDevelop and maintain governance process and procedure documentation for the PAM solutions utilized within the Bank.Evaluate emerging PAM technologies and make recommendations to improve technical posture for the BankMentor and support junior analysts while working with various teams across the organization to deliver on requirementsLeverage deep technology expertise for own area of specialization to deliver and ensure that all areas across the organization that provision, manage, and support various technologies have the necessary tools, processes and documentation required to effectively execute on their respective mandates Work with partners across Technology and apply in-depth understanding of relevant business needs to identify and leverage synergies across the various areasWork with vendor platform providers and engineering/operations peers to stay current on trends, products, frameworks, and applicationsIdentify and effectively manage stakeholder engagement and impacts across the enterpriseInterpret client needs, assess related requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requestsApply best practices and knowledge of internal / external business issues to improve products or services in own disciplineMonitor and control costs within own workMay develop and/or contribute to negotiations of third-party contracts/agreementsProactively identify emerging technologies and innovative solutions for building more robust controls and solutionsLead team of up to 20 resources (employees and contractors)Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with emerging industry trends, new technologies and best practices in the external market that can contribute to delivering effective client solutionsPrioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelinesSupport a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interestParticipate in knowledge transfer with senior management, the team, other technical areas and business unitsWork effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in achieving business objectives and providing client servicesIdentify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or teamAdvanced knowledge of specific domain or range of cybersecurity frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as organization issuesAdvanced knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business / organization, and Bank standardsAdvance experience, knowledge and skills in own disciplineWorks independently with minimal guidanceActs as a SME resource for colleagues with less experienceSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutionsReports to Head of Privileged Access ManagementStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong organization and communication skills
