What you will do:
As the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement - Facilities (Remote) you will be responsible for executing the global indirect procurement strategy for Facilities in coordination with regional indirect category leaders and stakeholders. Act as the primary procurement partner to the corporate Director of Global Facility Management. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required.
Partner with the Director of Global Facility Management and divisional facilities leaders to design and execute a global sourcing strategy for facilities-related expenditure
Lead end-to-end sourcing for $200M+ in annual facilities spend across Corporate and Commercial divisions, including supplier identification, competitive bidding, negotiations, contracting, and performance management
Influence and align senior stakeholders to unlock indirect procurement savings, optimize payment terms, and drive enterprise-wide value
Deliver year-over-year net procurement savings in support of business strategic initiatives and global category strategies
Lead complex negotiations for high-impact facilities agreements, balancing cost, service, risk, and long-term partnership value
Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Facilities, Security, Finance, and Legal to establish contracts that mitigate commercial, data, and supply chain risk while meeting operational needs
Provide strategic leadership for critical supplier relationships, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Maintain deep market insight across indirect suppliers, pricing models, and industry trends to apply procurement best practices and elevate service delivery across multiple locations
What you need:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance or equivalent
10 years relevant procurement working experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years in a medium-large strategic procurement organization or equivalent (or through large client work at a top-tier management consultancy)
Sourcing/Supply Chain certifications (e.g. CPSM, Certified Professional in Supply Management)
Proven leadership experience
Strong analytical skills, financial and business acumen and ability to lead a diverse team
Experience working with procuring and negotiating complex service agreements
$118,000 - $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
