As a Senior Manager, HR Systems, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Core HR platform within Oracle HCM. On the HR Systems team reporting to the Director, HR Systems, you will support projects including partnering closely with HR Technology leadership, regional HR stakeholders, and delivery partners to translate business requirements into high-quality, sustainable Oracle HCM configurations. The role balances hands-on configuration expertise with strong governance, design standards, and platform stewardship.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Lead and optimize Core HR configuration within Oracle HCM to support stable, compliant global HR operationsMonitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolution to minimize business impactPartner with Payroll, Talent, Performance, and other HR teams to deliver platform enhancements and improvementsLead configuration and design changes, including ongoing adoption of the Oracle Redwood UISupport release execution through configuration readiness, testing, and issue resolutionEnsure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a consistent, high-quality user experience across regionsYou will manage and optimize Core HR system configuration, monitor system health, and resolve issues to support ongoing HR operations globally.How you will collaborate with others:
You will collaborate with Payroll, Talent, Performance, and other HR teams to deliver enhancements, lead and manage system design changes, including the transition to the new Oracle UI, support releases and testing, and ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and strong user experience.Partner closely with the Director of Core HR to align execution to platform strategy, roadmap, and governance decisionsCollaborate with regional HR Technology Service Delivery and Enablement teams to understand local requirements and support change adoptionWork with integration, security, reporting, and downstream system teams to assess impacts of Core HR configuration changesProvide daily guidance and quality oversight to configuration analysts and external implementation partnersAct as a trusted Core HR configuration advisor to HR Technology peers and business stakeholdersResolve complex Core HR issues and partner across HR and Technology teamsWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
Lead system design changes in partnership with cross-functional teams, including the transition to the new Oracle UI- RedwoodWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five plus (5+) years of deep, hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Core HRStrong understanding of Core HR data models, workforce structures, and end-to-end employment life-cycle processesExperience supporting global or multi-country HR environments, including localization and regulatory requirementsProven experience to translate business needs into scalable, compliant system configurationsExperience supporting system releases, testing cycles (unit, regression, end-to-end), and production deploymentsIt would be useful if you have:
Experience in a platform COE or product-based HR Technology modelFamiliarity with Oracle HCM security concepts, integrations, and downstream system dependenciesExperience supporting Oracle Redwood UI transitions or large UI redesignsPrior experience mentoring or providing day-to-day guidance to configuration analystsExperience working with external implementation or AMS partnersBA/BS Bachelor's or MA/MS Master's DegreeWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
