The Military Engines HR Partner is a strategic individual contributor who provides human resources leadership to key business initiatives. This role is responsible for driving HR priorities and strategies to support business objectives, including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, compensation, policy compliance, and employee relations.
What You Will Do
Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to activate enterprise-wide people strategies that support business goals and organizational health.
Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development for your client groups.
Organizational Effectiveness: Provide coaching and strategic thought partnership to leaders on organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
Proactive Solutions: Anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape solutions around talent, organizational structure, and capability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) like Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to ensure the seamless delivery of key HR processes and programs
Advisory & Counseling: Advise and counsel leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Change Facilitation: Facilitate organizational change and foster the linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
Complex Leadership: Effectively lead within a complex matrix environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders to drive results.
What You Will Learn
Gain a front-row seat to the business's core functions, including our cutting-edge Military Development Programs and our Integrated Customer Support team.Hone your influencing and executive communication skills through daily interaction with senior leaders across Military Engines.Lead specific talent initiatives across all of Military Engines, with strong ties to enterprise-wide Pratt & Whitney and RTX work.Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, OR an Advanced Degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
