About the Role
Support the ongoing development of AIA Healthcare business and partner performance reporting, setting the process and framework including controls and governance in collaboration with AIA Group, LBUs and external vendors, to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate information and actionable insights.Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver management reports enabling timely and informed decision-making by senior stakeholders.Leverage industry experience and commercial acumen to interpret key performance indicators and partner-related data, generating actionable insights that drive business value.Ensure accurate and efficient reporting across the PPDTR (Predict-Prevent-Diagnose-Treat-Recover) health and wellness ecosystemCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Group and Local Business Units to understand reporting requirements and liaise with external partners to ensure alignment.Design and implement robust data integration solutions to extract, consolidate, and utilize data from diverse sources.Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting methodologies.Identify and resolve data quality issues in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and reliability.Establish and maintain strong processes and controls for data definition, collection, validation, and documentation, aligned with ESG governance standards.Drive automation and process streamlining to improve reporting turnaround and scalability.Conduct ad hoc analyses to support health and wellness initiatives, using data-driven insights.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in health administration, operations, and data analytics, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sectors.Proven expertise in performance reporting, data integration, and insight generation to support strategic decision-making.Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and integration technologies.Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve data quality issues across complex stakeholder environments.Skilled in improving reporting methodologies and translating data into meaningful business insights.Understanding of the health and wellness ecosystemFamiliarity with governance and control frameworksGood communication skillsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
