Senior Manager, Head of Brand Building

Position Summary

1. Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
2. Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)

Role and Responsibilities

Brand Communication

Develop a marketing and brand strategy that answers and serves business objectives and branding situationLiaise and act as a main interface with HQ and RHQ to cascade the corporate and brand communication direction to local subsidiary levelDevelop acquisition and retention strategy that help increasing quality traffic to sales channels and create stickiness among current customersCreate and manage integrated marketing strategiesInitiate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development production of marketing materialsDeveloping revenue sources through suppliers’ membership, exhibits and sponsorships, events and others that create and maintain the image of the company to customersProvide guidance to Marketing Communication functions to ensure all marketing materials are complied with corporate brand guidelinesAnalyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results. Recommends solutions to improve those methodsDevelop, establish and execute short/ long-term marketing plans, marketing support, goals, strategies, direction, and analysis, budget and financial planning, assessment

Public Relations

Create PR contents for external release (press release, media kit, interview, keynote speech, advertising articles, etc.) and plan and host the accompanied events (press conference, company event, etc.).Plan and drive programs for maintaining amicable relationships with various stakeholders (media, analyst, influencer, etc.) to build positive PR.Monitor key articles and public opinion regarding the company's or products (product lines) and when issues arise, produce and effectively deliver public statements.

CSR

Establish a social contribution strategy and program.Operate social contribution businesses efficiently, measure performance objectively, and improve the performance continuously.Discover a beneficiary's story about major activities and improve corporate image by having internal and external communication.Encourage more employees to participate in contribution, talent donation, and voluntary services.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10 of working experience to handle marketing strategy, brand management, marketing communication for providing communications support from FMCGs or competitive companiesIdeal candidate would have experience from competitive companies, and 3 years’ supervisory experience highly desiredExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independentlyResourcefulness in solving problems and well executed deliverables in supportExcellent people and cooperation skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitudeWell-organized and keen attention to detailSuperior professionalism and judgment following global perspectiveStrong technical and analytical skills Ability to travel upcountry and aboard as assignedFluent in English both written and spoken with computer literacy
