We’re seeking a Senior Manager to partner closely with our VP and Director of Global Strategy to lead high-impact projects that influence decisions at the highest levels of the company. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead cross-functional strategic projects that tackle the most critical challenges and opportunities facing IHG globally. + Develop and apply rigorous analytical frameworks to uncover insights from industry trends, competitor actions, and internal performance data. + Craft clear, compelling recommendations and presentations for our Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and senior leaders. + Build trusted partnerships across the business to align stakeholders, influence decisions, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver real impact. + Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions to source data, co-create analyses, and drive innovative solutions. + Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the Global Strategy and CEO office teams. **Who You Are:** + You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance, or a related field—or bring equivalent experience. + You bring at least 4 years’ experience in corporate strategy or consulting, with a track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects. + You excel at structuring complex problems, performing deep analysis, and translating data into actionable, strategic recommendations. + Your communication skills are exceptional—you can craft persuasive narratives that resonate with senior executives and diverse stakeholders. + You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight and a strong sense of accountability. + Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but your strategic mindset and analytical rigor are what truly matter.
