Senior Manager, Global Data Management (GFS)

Work you’ll do

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all end-to-end Rate Management processes across global operations.Direct a growing team of 25+ professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management input.Oversee business and geography onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into the Rates Management process.Advise and collaborate with stakeholders to establish and promote best practices.Assess and address validation requirements to maintain data integrity.Lead the strategic growth of the team to enhance operational support across key geographies.Champion proactive data quality control, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Identify and mitigate risks associated with Rates Management and related processes.Analyze and communicate upstream and downstream impacts of process changes.Own, maintain, and communicate internal controls to relevant stakeholders.Partner with Talent, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.Monitor and enhance service delivery standards.Oversee rate change calculations and ensure accuracy in related procedures.Lead and participate in transformation and process improvement projects.

The successful candidate will possess:

Exceptional customer service skills, with clear and concise verbal and written communication.Proven ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels, both in-person and virtually.Strong presentation and training skills, including the ability to develop and deliver live and virtual training sessions.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, or a related field required.8+ years of relevant experience in SAP (or other ERP) product and service pricing data management.Demonstrated ability to research, resolve, and communicate complex master data issues.Strong understanding of firm policies related to master data management.Limited sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $188,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
