Senior Manager, Global Consolidations and Reporting

We are offering an exciting Senior Manager opportunity in our Global Consolidations and Reporting function. This position will be an integral member of the team that supports global consolidation of 70+ entities and preparation of global financial statements. You will have the opportunity to work with upper management and interact with external auditors and internal auditors. How you’ll make an impact:

Manage the day-to-day consolidation function and month-end reporting to ensure proper compliance with US GAAP, SEC and SOX.Monthly review and analysis of Regional P&L and Balance SheetReview quarterly earnings package in support of Earnings ReleaseReview detailed fluctuation analysis for quarterly and annual auditsTake a lead role in fulfilling requirements for external and internal audits in areas of responsibility, including information requests from global regionsEnsure all SOX key controls are appropriately maintained & completed within area of responsibility Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the global close process, focusing on automation, scalability, and standardizationDesignated global lead for providing guidance and support on appropriate accounting areas in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policyLead aspects of system implementation/improvement initiativesLead/participate in complex accounting transactions and special projects

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeA minimum of ten years of Accounting/Finance experience (or eight years with a Master’s Degree or equivalent)Consolidation and general ledger accounting experienceCPA

What else we look for (Preferred):

Experience with inventory costing and/or profit in inventoryBig 4 public accounting firm experienceExperience with complex accounting transactions (business combinations, leases, VIEs, etc.) and international entity experienceOne Stream system and/or JD Edwards Enterprise experienceProcess improvement using A.I.Proven successful project management skills

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000 (highly experienced).
