The Role

The Senior Brand Manager serves as the strategic execution lead for assigned HIC brands within the Inclusive Collection portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Global Brand Management, this role translates global brand strategy into standards, trainings, and cross-functional initiatives that elevate guest satisfaction and drive brand profitability. This role supports all Inclusive Collection brands, subject to change according to portfolio strategy.

Brand Experience Operationalization

Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Design, Development, and Commercial teams to improve guest satisfaction scores, loyalty metrics, and profitability.

Translate insights into structured action plans that strengthen brand consistency and revenue performance.

Oversee development and evolution of brand standards and toolkits in partnership with Operations to ensure clarity, usability, and measurable impact.

Develop activation playbooks and scalable rollout strategies to drive on-property execution.

Brand Trainings Field Support

Deliver immersive brand trainings and workshops in English and Spanish.

Facilitate on-property sessions reinforcing brand positioning and experiential pillars.

Customize training delivery for various audiences.

Serve as a visible brand ambassador globally.

Conduct brand reviews and audits to ensure alignment to global standards.

Identify execution gaps and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as primary day-to-day brand partner to cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around brand priorities and performance goals.

Support openings, conversions, and renovations with clear, actionable brand guidance.

Coach and develop junior brand team members, fostering analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

Brand Strategy Health

Contribute to brand strategies and priorities that support guest experience, operational performance, and broader business objectives.

Monitor brand health and performance indicators, using operational, financial, and guest insights to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend practical actions that strengthen brand execution, relevance, consistency, and differentiation.
