About the Position
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager. The role will primarily report into the Head of Supply Planning with a dotted reporting line into the Head of BU Integrated planning & BU Supply Planning Director. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.
This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Supply planning, people management & development for the North America Business. We are looking for someone who doesn't need any motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continually improve Supply planning & Supply chain operations. You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units, GBS & Global Operations teams.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
Lead & Mentor a high-performing Supply planning team
Supply Planning for a network of factories to ensure the efficient & effective management of Service, Inventory & Cost to meet customer & consumer demand
Implements global strategies for Supply planning- ensuring accurate and efficient supply chain operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities
Responsible for driving Process excellence initiatives using CI framework and application of Lean practices
Lead and drive Service reviews of KPIs, SLAs and governance meetings to action continuous improvements with the team
Drive Process excellence initiatives using CI framework and application of Lean practices
Identify opportunities across the E2E supply chain to enable KHC operations cost improvement and process standardization
Participate to define and execute new technology solutions in Supply Chain to keep the Global Operations Organization future ready
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
8+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG
Strong knowledge of S&OP and Supply Planning principles
Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning software & tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO)
Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
