At Flexport, we’re transforming global logistics — and that transformation starts on the warehouse floor. As Senior Manager, Fulfillment Learning & Development, you’ll architect the programs that shape the knowledge, safety, and skills of thousands of associates across our fulfillment network.

This role is foundational to our strategy of building a world-class operations team. You’ll design, deploy, and scale best-in-class onboarding, training, safety, and development mechanisms — from Day 1 through long-term career growth.
