Senior Manager, Franchise Integration & Innovation PMO - Thailand
**Reports to:** Vice President, Franchise Growth - Thailand (Bangkok, Thailand based) **Location** : Bangkok, Thailand **Job Description Summary** Responsible for **driving disciplined innovation execution** and **integrating franchise priorities** within Thailand Region. This individual contributor role primarily owns **Innovation PMO and governance** , and supports franchise integration, bottler engagement, performance management, and selected planning processes to ensure strong execution from planning through in-market delivery. **Job Description** **Position Overview** As Senior Manager, Franchise Integration & Innovation PMO, you will support Regional Franchise leadership by **owning innovation PMO processes** , coordinating execution across franchise priorities, and enabling effective bottler and cross-functional engagement. You will act as a **central coordination point** to ensure innovation initiatives and franchise priorities progress with clarity, pace, and follow-through. **What you will do for us** **1. Innovation PMO & Stage Gate Governance (Primary Focus)** + Own **Innovation PMO governance** for the Region, including **Stage Gate / SIC process coordination** . + Track innovation initiatives across stages, timelines, and key execution milestones. + Ensure innovation initiatives progress from concept through launch with disciplined follow-through. + Integrate innovation tracking into regular franchise execution forums. **2. Franchise Integration & Bottler Engagement** + Coordinate execution of approved franchise priorities across categories, channels, and markets. + Support **bottler-facing forums** , including monthly meetings and execution updates. + Capture bottler inputs and dependencies and reflect them in execution tracking. + Ensure alignment across franchise, bottlers, and cross-functional teams. **3. Performance Management & Operating Rhythm** + Coordinate and prepare: + Weekly execution updates + Monthly Business Reviews + Quarterly performance forums + Prepare concise, decision-oriented materials. + Track actions and follow-ups to closure. **4. Support to Strategy & Planning Processes (As Required)** + Support strategy teams, **as required** , on: + Data and performance inputs + Coordination of **Long-Range Planning (LRP)** and **Annual Business Planning (ABP)** processes + Provide structure, coordination, and execution follow-through without owning strategic content. **Qualifications & Requirements** + 7+ years' experience in **FMCG, innovation, franchise operations, PMO, or management consulting** . + Experience working in **matrixed, bottler-partnered environments** preferred. + Strong coordination, prioritization, and communication skills. + Comfortable operating across innovation, execution, and planning processes. **Top Skills Needed** + Strong innovation execution and PMO discipline + Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives + Clear, structured communication + Comfort supporting strategy without owning it **What we will do for you** + Exposure to **end-to-end innovation execution** within the Region. + Close partnership with senior franchise, functional, and bottler leaders. + Development opportunities toward broader **Innovation, Franchise, or General Management roles** . **About Coca‑Cola ASEAN & South Pacific** The Coca‑Cola Company (NYSE: KO) is a total beverage company with products sold in more than 200 countries and territories.
