Job Description
The Senior Manager, Finance - Integrated Supply chain will be an advisor to Integrated Supply Chain leadership, providing financial insight, planning, and governance across Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain Strategy. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance execution to ensure data-driven decision-making, margin improvement, and operational excellence across the global supply chain. You will balance strategic advisory leadership with hands-on financial execution, ensuring cost discipline and controls, transparent performance reporting, and continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, productivity, and investment prioritization.
You will report to our Director, Finance - Integrated Supply Chain and work a hybrid scheduled at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
Your Responsibilities:Strategic Finance Leadershipo Be a trusted financial advisor to supply chain executives, translating operational strategies into financial outcomes and insights
o Partner with functional leaders to evaluate trade‑offs, prioritize investments, and guide decisions tied to enterprise financial goals
o Support long‑range planning for 10-year strategy, AOP development, and scenario modeling
Planning, Forecasting and Performance Optimizationo Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlook processes for Procurement, Logistics, Quality & Manufacturing Engineering, and Strategy
o Improve forecast accuracy and transparency by identifying main causes, standardizing inputs, and improving forecasting processes
o Monitor performance versus plan/forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities
Cost, Productivity & Margin Expansiono Oversee cost management, support the cost roll process, and causals for Cost to Produce
o Lead financial governance for productivity and transformation programs, including benefit validation, tracking, and reporting to leadership
o Establish and maintain important financial metrics
Operational & Functional Finance Oversighto Provide financial leadership for procurement programs and forecasting, including sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, inflation and savings validation
o Partner with logistics teams on freight, duty, tariff, and distribution center cost management, including risk assessment and mitigation
o Support quality and manufacturing engineering organizations with cost transparency, investment analysis, and business case development
o Help strategy teams with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for long-term strategy, functional spend understanding and hiring, and other operational changes
Governance, Systems and Controlso Ensure financial controls, compliance, and adherence to approved policies
o Support and use enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, EPM, PowerBI) to improve data quality, reporting, and analytics
o Partner on system implementations and process transformations affecting supply chain finance (e.g., TMS, APS, freight audits, analytics tools).
People Leadershipo Lead a team of finance professionals, promoting business partnership, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
o Build a high‑performing, globally connected team that can support complex, cross‑functional supply chain operations
