As the Head of Fashion and Beauty, you will lead the development and execution of Starbucks’ fashion and beauty strategy—a first-of-its-kind role at Starbucks—bringing our brand to life through innovative, expressive, and culturally relevant products and partnerships. You will shape how Starbucks shows up in the world of style, self-care, and personal expression, creating meaningful connections with customers and partners alike.

As a Head of Fashion and Beauty, you will…
Define and lead the fashion and beauty vision and strategy for Starbucks, aligning with brand values and customer insights to develop breakthrough campaigns that drive cultural relevance and business growth. Drive innovative, highly creative, strategic, and buzzworthy partnerships with industry-leading and brand-first collaborations that authentic insights Develop and manage strategic partnerships with leading fashion and beauty brands, designers, and influencers to co-create exclusive collections and experiences within various retail spaces, our stores, TikTok Shop & Instagram Shop, ecomm, and unexpected places. Oversee product development and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, merchandising, and supply chain. Identify and work with key talent to amplify and scale authentic activations and content Drive wholistic 360 plans driven by consumer, brand, and cultural insights with thoughtful, strategic touchpoints across multiple platforms. Work cross functionally on go-to-market strategies the include but are not limited to Partners, Media, Starbucks Rewards, Brand, Comms, Ops, and Finance. Create space for and access to the fashion & beauty ecosystem with a strong presence in LA and/or New York Move at the speed of cultural relevance with a heavy online presence to spot trends and mobilize the organization to react quickly.We’d love to hear from people with:

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
