Senior Manager, Factor Form Supply Chain

Senior Manager, Factor Form Supply Chain

Factor a brand of HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Manager, Factor Form Supply Chain to lead and evolve our contract manufacturing and ingredient sourcing function across our growing portfolio of supplements — including powders, gummies, capsules, and new form factors. You’ll manage our co-manufacturing network, ensure cost-effective and timely supply, drive vendor performance, and play a strategic role in enabling innovation at speed.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, with the autonomy to build systems and processes from the ground up.

What is the ethos of Factor Form?

We believe that health and wellness start with food and what you put into your body. Our goal is to help our customers achieve their health and wellness goals. We focus on being physically fit and healthy with nutritious, purposeful eating. We want to help real people achieve real results without sacrificing time and energy trying to sort through the overwhelming amount of information.

You will…

Own co-manufacturing partnerships across multiple form factors — from onboarding and negotiation to performance tracking and issue resolution. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for ingredients and packaging, ensuring consistent quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity. Manage production calendars and raw material forecasts in close collaboration with product, ops, and demand planning teams. Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners to improve lead times, diversify risk, and enable faster product launches. Optimize COGS through competitive bids, contract negotiation, and continuous cost-savings initiatives. Collaborate with formulation, product, and quality teams to vet new ingredients, assess feasibility, and scale up new SKUs with manufacturers. Track and report KPIs across cost, supplier performance, on-time production, and quality metrics — and take action to drive week-over-week improvements.

Build scalable systems to support production planning, supply chain visibility, and multi-SKU manufacturing across various vendors and geographies.

Serve as first point of escalation for production delays, supply issues, or quality concerns — proactively resolving blockers to keep launches and restocks on track.

You are…

Bold: you’re adventurous, outgoing and optimistic; you’re confident making decisions and taking calculated risks Entrepreneurially Minded: you have the vision, passion, and imagination; you are not afraid to ask, ‘what if’ and constantly challenge the status quo Versatile: you roll with the punches and don’t get overwhelmed easily; you enjoy grinding away at issues and have a knack for delivering results in hyper-growth, constantly changing environments Analytical: data is your friend; you're able to translate numbers into action and pave the way for efficiency Team-oriented: you have a track record of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships at all levels and departments of an organization Strategic: you recognize and resolve situations that are ambiguous or challenging and use logic to identify alternatives, evaluate, and present approaches to solving complex problems while thinking in terms of contingency plans Customer-focused: slightly obsessive-compulsive when it comes to customer experience and strive to deliver a product that is second to none

At a minimum, you have…

5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, ideally in CPG, supplements, food, or personal care with multi-SKU / multi-form-factor exposure Experience working with or managing contract manufacturers, including negotiating MSAs, SLAs, and pricing A proven ability to manage complex production timelines and ingredient sourcing across diverse product lines
Strong analytical skills and comfort with production calendars, MOQs, and cost models The ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities in a high-growth environment A collaborative, cross-functional mindset — you can work fluidly with product, ops, quality, and finance

A track record of building process from scratch — and knowing when to be scrappy versus systematic
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (APICS, CPSM) are a plus

You’ll get…

Competitive hourly rate, 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation, & team bonus opportunities Generous PTO and flexible attendance policy  Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)    Access to 7 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+ Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
