**Description** Jo Malone London North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Events & Experience to lead the execution of consumer and creator-driven activations across national retailers and free-standing stores. This role suits a candidate with trade marketing experience who is eager to deliver high-impact events, drive retail growth, and develop strategic leadership within luxury beauty. Key Responsibilities: Retailer Experience + Build omni-channel event programs with retailers using TOA, sampling, and activations + Analyze gifting and event periods to measure ROI and optimize future plans + Partner with Field and Key Account teams to apply consumer data for growth strategies + Oversee coordinator to ensure timely delivery of products, props, and collateral + Work with Visual Merchandising to create unique in-store experiences + Partner with Field, Education, and PR to deliver in-store, virtual, and influencer events + Track event learnings to drive continuous improvement Free Standing Store (FSS) Marketing + Support FSS activations in partnership with Director and Commercial lead + Contribute to promotional calendars aligned with brand priorities + Drive forecasting and assortment strategy while ensuring e-tail alignment Budget & Program Management + Manage account budgets, track spend, and review ROI + Oversee sampling, collateral, and promotional planning with Account Management and Marketing Ops + Ensure timely production and distribution of materials Market Research & Analysis + Research consumer and industry trends to inform event strategy + Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights Cross-functional Collaboration + Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Education, and Field teams to ensure alignment + Support integration of events with overall brand strategies **Qualifications** Ideal Candidate: A strategic thinker with leadership potential and passion for luxury beauty.
