Job Description Key Responsibilities • Oversee development of web and app projects using React, JavaScript, and Python. • Ensure robust API design and secure integrations with enterprise systems. • Support modernization of legacy applications and migration to cloud-native solutions. • Implement and optimize solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management). • Lead and mentor engineers; foster a culture of accountability and innovation. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions; communicate clearly with stakeholders. • Enforce coding standards, testing practices, and secure development principles. Skills and Requirements Requirements • Python for backend services and automation. • React for building responsive, scalable front-end applications. • JavaScript (front-end and APIs) with modern frameworks and best practices. • Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. • Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns. • Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects. • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • TypeScript experience; • Exposure to data governance and security best practices. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for future integration opportunities.
