The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and mentor engineering staff to design, implement, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot product delivery platformsDirect engineering support across system locations for both established and emerging technologies while ensuring adherence to operating standardsCollaborate with Construction, Dispatch, Warehouse, Technical Operations and Care operations to optimize customer experienceAdvise managers on technical operations and strategic planning for network rebuilds, operations, and new product development and deploymentEnsure compliance with Spectrum engineering standards, policies and procedures and maintain relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors and government agenciesOversee capital budget processes to ensure projects are cost-effective, on schedule and within budgetProvide quality assurance guidance to engineering staff in accordance with technical quality assurance standards and FCC regulationsDevelop an effective front-line leadership team and support their growth to drive high performanceWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experienceIndustry and vendor-specific certifications and training (NCTI SCTE BCT/E)Experience
3+ years of project management work experience3+ years of related leadership experience7+ years of engineering HFC and networking experienceSkills
