Senior Manager, Email Marketing

Who You Are:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to join our Consumer Marketing team.

This role sits within the Retention Marketing & Global CRM team which oversees email marketing, database growth, customer retention, the KorsVIP loyalty program and the instore clienteling app. As Senior Manager, Email Marketing, North America, you will be responsible for owning the email marketing channel. With a focus on end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns, translating brand strategies and commercial objectives into data driven campaigns to provide a great customer experience and drive measurable results.

You will be directly supporting activities in North America as well as, supporting our regional partners in Asia & Europe. You will have the opportunities to work cross-functionally with exposure across retail & digital space. Business partners include but are not limited to the Creative Services, Legal, Ecommerce, Store Comms, Store Operations, Customer Analytics, IT, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Clienteling and email teams.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

Develop & lead the email marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global brand positioning while optimizing for regional goals.Own email calendar & channel plans – partner with merchandising & ecommerce teams on content planning, work with creative & editorial on execution & digital marketing on performance & plansDefine audience‑targeting frameworks that balance list growth, engagement, and deliverability health.

Data Driven Optimization

Define and track key channel KPIs (open, click, conversion, revenue, list growth, traffic) with regular reporting and deep-dive analyses to uncover performance insights.Lead structured testing programs with clear hypotheses and measurement plans to continuously improve cadence, creative, subject lines, and segmentation.Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe trends, and email health metrics to ensure high list quality and inbox placement.

Channel Growth & Innovation

Identify opportunities to pilot emerging ESP features (AI copy testing, predictive send time, interactive email) to maintain a best-in-class channelContinually refine templates and modules for mobile‑first, accessibility, and conversion best practices.

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Leadership

Act as global ESP lead and key partner to CRM, Martech, and vendor teams, championing platform enhancements & identifying opportunities to shape roadmapCollaborate across loyalty, SMS, clienteling, eCommerce, and merchandising to align messaging with business goals and create integrated customer experiences.Support & collaborate with other regional teams to ensure global alignment and share regional performance insights

Team & Project Management

Lead and mentor a team of email marketers and developers, fostering collaboration and growth.Manage daily campaign production and larger email projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.Drive process improvements and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-team alignment.

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentAbility to work in NYC office 3 days a week6+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM, with a proven track record of driving results.Experience with enterprise-level ESPs & email marketing technologyAnalytical mindset with strong knowledge of campaign performance metrics and reporting toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills

Compensation Range: 

$1,250,000.00-$150,000.00
