Senior Manager, Digital Strategy

On the Digital Strategy team reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will define how guests experience Hilton digitally across web, app, email, and lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring experiences are grounded in digital shopping behaviors and optimized to drive measurable outcomes\. The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy is accountable for the success of Hilton's digital marketing experience across owned channels, owning strategy, execution direction, and performance against marketing briefs and business goals\. This role translates those behaviors into clear recommendations, priorities, and actions that maximize performance across the customer journey\. We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member’s career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your day\-to\-day will be like:** + Serve as a Marketing lead for digital experience, setting direction for how web, app, email, and lifecycle channels work together to drive engagement and conversion\. + Apply a deep understanding of digital shopping behaviors to optimize how guests arrive, browse, consider, and convert across Hilton's digital ecosystem\. + Leverage segmentation, customer data, and performance insights to drive targeted messaging, journey design, and channel execution\. + Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable channel strategies, defining prioritization, sequencing, and activation across teams and regions\. + Identify and act on gaps, overlaps, and opportunities across the owned ecosystem to reduce friction, strengthen messaging, and improve performance\. + Drive clarity and rigor in digital decision\-making, ensuring marketing strategies are executed consistently and effectively across channels\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Partner with Analytics to monitor performance, assess impact, and adjust strategy, ensuring continuous optimization across the customer journey\. + Collaborate with Brand teams and cross\-functional partners to ensure alignment while retaining ownership of digital marketing decisions and outcomes\. **What deliverables you will take ownership of:** + Own and lead Hilton's digital marketing strategy across owned channels, with accountability for performance against briefs, KPIs, and business objectives\. **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Seven \(7\) years of experience in digital marketing strategy, omnichannel planning, or owned\-channel marketing within complex, matrixed organizations + Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and how web, app, email, and lifecycle channels work together to influence customer behavior and outcomes\. + Strong track record of owning performance outcomes and using data to inform decisions and optimization\. + Experience with segmentation, targeting frameworks, and partnering closely with Analytics teams + Proven experience translating digital shopping behaviors and customer journeys into marketing strategies and experiences\. + Strategic, systems\-level thinker who connects long\-term vision to near\-term execution and understands cross\-channel implications\. + Hybrid work schedule in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA \(3 days per week in office\) **It would be useful if you have:** + BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field + Proficiency with digital analytics platforms, such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics + Experience with customer journey strategy, segmentation, or personalization frameworks + Experience working in global or multi\-market organizations **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \(https://jobs\.hilton\.com/us/en/brands\) \.
