About this team
The Digital Marketing Team is a team that works very closely with cross-functional partners, such as E-commerce, Brand and Communication and Retail teams. The team manages a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We are experts in digital and make data-driven decisions to meet KPIs including but not limited to metrics such as reach, engagements, traffic, revenue and ROAS.

Digital Marketing:
Develop, implement and execute strategic digital performance marketing initiatives for lululemon in Korea in line with brand and strategic guidelinesDevelop and implement 360 digital campaign plans align with global, regional or local initiatives.Own and lead local digital performance marketing strategy and distribution across media channels: paid digital, social media, and owned media Analyze and optimize digital performance campaigns against digital and Korea market growth objectivesLead agency relationship and align the communication strategy with key partners across APACSet, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget, and priorities on every digital marketing project in KoreaMonitor digital marketing trends across categories to generate insights for new digital marketing strategies to accelerate lululemon’s growth across KoreaPartnering with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align and are lockstep with the larger promotional strategy and on brandKakao & CRM:
Develop and lead Kakao integration roadmap by crafting personalized guest experiences based on their behavior, preferences, and engagement historyDevelop Korea CRM strategy with advanced segmentation and creative approaches, especially for the KakaoTalk channel, leveraging analytics to drive new guest acquisition and improve retentionTeam management:

Strong fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken) is a mustMinimum 12 years of experience in digital marketing for a leading consumer brands or tech companies with at least 3 years of people management and team leading experience.Comprehensive understanding of the Ad-Tech and digital ecosystem and CRM (esp. Kakao channel) is a mustExperience running performance digital marketing in Korea, including paid digital, social media, earned media and owned media; and up-to-date with current consumer & media trendsStrong understanding of digital marketing measurement platforms, digital marketing technology, and data ecosystemExcellent understanding of digital marketing metrics - CPV, CPCV, CPR, LTV are familiar to youA strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on attitude to get things doneA innovator and early adopter who will bring a whole out of box idea and implement it to our businessProven track record of leading multiple, complex tasks simultaneouslyExcellent soft skills with a teamwork mentality, and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple languages and time zoneMust haves:
