 As a Senior Manager on the International Brand team, you will lead loyalty and personalization strategy consultation and support for our international business units (China, Japan, Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America & Caribbean).  Your work will elevate the customer experience for international to maximize business and brand impact.  You’re a loyalty expert who is service and strategically minded with a bias for action.  You’re data-driven, organized, and have an insatiable curiosity and passion for international business and culture.

 

As a senior manager, Digital and Loyalty - International Brand, you will… 

Develop and drive strategic loyalty and personalization direction for global, regional, and market programming and initiatives.    Inspire and influence others through partnership with international support teams, regions and markets to drive meaningful actions to reach their full potential.   Develop and evolve standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of loyalty and personalization programs and experiences; balancing known global principles and learning with flexibility to address local market relevance.    Manage and optimize global information sharing communication channels and processes, enabling visibility and coordination between regions to inform strategies and decision making. 

We’d love to hear from people with: 

Experience working on consumer loyalty programs, including loyalty marketing and personalization, 3+ years.    Experience in client service in an agency, consulting, or business development capacity, 3+ years.    Ability to handle ambiguity while still translating ideas and/or problems to solve into action.    Ability to develop recommendations and guidance grounded in data, insights, and learnings.   Ability to develop project plans and independently manage execution in a cross-functional environment.    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership.   Ability to build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels within the organization.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience; MBA preferred.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
