Your Role

The Senior Manager, Development and Pipeline – EAME plays a key role in supporting Hyatt’s growth strategy across the region. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of deal support to front-line Development and Sales teams, enabling them to identify and secure new development opportunities for Hyatt.

The role provides critical insights, data, and coordination to empower deal leaders and partner teams in driving successful outcomes.

This position reports to the Vice President, Global Growth Operations and can be based in London, Madrid, Palma or Amsterdam.

Your Responsibilities

Deal Support

Provide timely and effective deal support to front-line Development Sales teams in EAME.Create and manage impactful marketing and pitch materials that showcase Hyatt’s diverse brand portfolio.Support the preparation of research, financial analyses, proposals, and approval documents.Oversee and maintain all marketing resources for deal leaders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Track and monitor key milestones for strategic deals.Conduct site and property inspections to recommend brand positioning.Prepare initial refurbishment recommendations to align properties with Hyatt brand standards.

Partner Collaboration

Collaborate effectively with partner teams to ensure seamless support and integration across the deal process.Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Feasibility, Design, Marketing, and Legal to ensure partner teams deliver what is needed to drive deals.

Opportunity Identification

Source and qualify opportunities to support the early stages of the sales process.Represent Hyatt at networking events and trade shows, acting as an ambassador, staffing the Hyatt stand, and introducing key contacts to senior colleagues.Qualify new leads through data-driven market research to assess brand fit, competitive set, and market trends.Source new leads through broker and partner networking, third-party data sources, and direct outreach.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Hospitality Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate environment.Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders at all levels; sensitive to cultural, legal, and regulatory differences across international markets.Analytical Skills: Strong financial and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of hospitality transactions.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all support activities.Hospitality Knowledge: Broad understanding of hotel operations, systems, and the fundamentals of management and franchise agreements.Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
