**What you'll be doing**
As the Senior Manager, Delivery Effectiveness, you’ll be joining CIBC’s Program and Project Delivery team supporting Personal and Business Banking and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. You will be a part of the Delivery Effectiveness team, working closely with the Project Director, Delivery Effectiveness contributing to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Delivery Project Management Office. You will leverage standardized planning tools, foster strong stakeholder engagement, and utilize performance metrics to proactively monitor, analyze, and report on progress of KPIs. Your expertise in executive reporting, dashboard creation and project management methodology will enable you to drive continuous improvement, support onboarding and training initiatives, and ensure transparent reporting to executive leadership.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Strategic Data Interpretation & Communication -** Proactively monitor delivery KPIs, leveraging executive and weekly health reports to ensure progress and effectiveness of strategic project portfolio. Support the creation of executive reports summarizing efficiency roadmaps, strategic pillars, and KPI management, ensuring transparency and accountability against portfolio strategic targets.
+ **Strategy, Planning & Portfolio Management -** Define and validate project goals, and financial estimates for project work within the overall portfolio. Develop and maintain multi-year investment roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and adapting plans as conditions evolve. Oversee the collection, reconciliation, and iteration of project submissions, and provide monthly executive updates on progress.
+ **Communication & Relationship Management -** Foster strong collaboration by engaging delivery leaders, the Enterprise Program Office, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate regular team communications, including office hours and feedback loops, to ensure all voices are heard and to drive continuous improvement. Support onboarding and training initiatives, leveraging checklists, buddy systems, and tailored training roadmaps to build team capability.
**Who you are**

Demonstrated experience in KPI tracking, analyzing large volumes of data, and transforming data into meaningful insight. You can demonstrate a deep understanding of the practices, procedures, and principles required to successfully deliver large projects, from planning to implementation. Ability to analyze detailed concepts, quickly resolve project issues, and assess the advantages and disadvantages of solutions. Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
