Position Title:                 Senior Manager Data Analytics & Process Improvement APAC
Reporting Line:              Senior Director, ESI Commercial Operations   Position Purpose: The Senior Manager Data Analytics & Process Improvement APAC role is pivotal in driving forecasting accuracy (Meddic Sales Methodology), standardizing commercial operations across the Asia-Pacific region, and enabling data-informed strategic decisions.
Working closely with the APAC Commercial Operations Director, this individual will contribute to the regional sales forecasting process, optimize commercial analytics, and support operational excellence by standardizing tools, processes, and reporting across diverse APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities:   Forecasting & Planning Develop and maintain forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics techniques. Support annual planning cycles (QBR, Strat Plan) by providing data-driven inputs and scenario analysis. Data Analytics & Insights Analyse regional sales, pricing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to regional leadership and country teams. Design and execute ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on addressable market, segmentation and targeting to define the country & sub region strategy in collaboration with the Sales leadership team. Track Sales KPIs and Closing metrics to challenge Sales Leadership on generating qualitative Pipeline and identify areas of optimization for sales focus. Deliver on fiscal year planning and go-to-market activities in collaboration with Sales, including territory planning, quota management, sales compensation planning and execution. Commercial Operations: Optimize sales operations processes, including territory alignment, incentive compensation planning, and SFDC data governance. Work closely with local market teams to standardize reporting and streamline operational workflows. Support the implementation and enhancement of commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce,Tableau, Modern Seller tools). Support the APAC DVP and APAC Commercial Operations Director to design and deliver the strategic vision for the region, through Operating Plan cycles and unique local growth initiatives. Contribute to the Rollout WW/Regional Commercial Ops initiatives, in local language as required. Initiatives encompass Sales Automation, Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Policy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between regional commercial teams and global counterparts for data consistency, forecasting methodology, and reporting standards. Partner with IT, Business Intelligence, and Finance to align data sources, tools, and business needs. Experience: 5--8 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or FP&A roles within a regional or global company. Proven track record managing forecasting processes and data analysis in APAC markets. Strategic thinker with strong quantitative background. Proficient in business English, both oral and written. Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of SALESFORCE.COM or similar CRM system and data management skills. Strong working knowledge of creating and updating Tableau reports. Excellent computer skills are essential (including MSN Office: PowerPoint, Excel). Direct selling experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and strategy.

Certifications / Qualifications:
Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Tableau; Python or R a plus. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and business units.
