Your key responsibilities

Shape channel and customer strategies including pricing, assortment, shelving, and promotional tactics to maximize market impact and share growth. Lead Customer Marketing for the Microbiome business unit, including our CULTURELLE® probiotics brand, driving the sales strategy “4Ps” and customer marketing planning and tactical execution. Develop and execute customer-specific programs (e.g., displays, special packs, shopper marketing) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors. Partner with category management team, brand marketing and sales to deliver impactful presentations, including line reviews, innovation roadshows, and planogram optimization supported by omnichannel market analysis. Drive business planning and performance management, partnering with sales to align on KPIs and lead quarterly and annual business reviews. Own the development of compelling selling materials and lead forecasting and distribution analysis for senior leadership decision-making.

You bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. 10+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or consumer goods, with a strong track record in sales, customer development. Proven leadership in managing teams and driving strategy from vision to execution within the CPG sector. Deep understanding of sales channels, trade dynamics, and commercial levers to drive business success. Expertise in data analysis and category management, including space-to-sales and planogram development. Strong relationship-building skills with key retail partners to influence growth and deliver impactful results.

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-165,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
