As the Senior Manager of Customer Communication at Spectrum, you will lead impactful programs that connect customers with our products and services, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver effective communication strategies. Your work will drive customer retention, growth and revenue through thoughtful planning and execution that elevates the Spectrum experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and customer communications with a focus on Direct To Consumer strategyOversee product and programming launch strategies and communications including new app launches and digital mediaGuide pricing strategy changes and ensure effective support and executionManage communication tactics and vehicles for consistent messaging across channelsProvide internal project communications to meet organizational needs at all levelsSupport requests for customer communications by developing comprehensive plansManage retention activities including lifecycle events and approve projects, purchase orders and invoices as neededWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experienceExperience
7+ years of marketing experience5+ years of management experienceSkills
Knowledge of marketing strategies and proceduresKnowledge of media and digital tacticsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to supervise and motivate othersAbility to use personal computer and software applications such as Microsoft SuiteAbility to create plans, timelines, expense forecasts and process flowchartsPreferred Qualifications
