Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager - Credit Portfolio Management to oversee and optimize the performance of a diverse credit portfolio across multiple regions. This role is critical to maintaining portfolio quality, identifying emerging risks, and supporting growth opportunities through sound credit practices. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with relationship managers, credit risk teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with the bank’s risk appetite, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

Strong credit portfolio risk analysis and financial assessment capabilities Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization platforms. Ability to navigate and integrate data from multiple IT systems. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Regulatory compliance is a plus Knowledge of Spanish is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required). Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are considered an asset. 7–10 years of experience in credit risk, portfolio management, or lending within financial services. Proven success in regulatory reporting, covenant monitoring, and credit documentation. Demonstrated leadership in strategic initiatives and process improvements.
