We are seeking a strong leader to be the Senior Manager, Corporate ISO Programs, with a proven track record of success related to quality, environmental and/or energy management, to join our Corporate Environmental, Social and Governance and Regulatory Compliance (ESG & RC) team.  This role is critical to maintaining our ISO management systems certifications, which are needed to do business internationally and to meet the needs of our customers.  You will play a key role in driving continual improvement in the ISO management systems and managing the audit team personnel.  This leader will also drive Lenovo’s corporate site environmental program requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the ISO 9001(Quality), ISO 14001(Environmental) and ISO 50001(Energy) management system programs for Lenovo globally, with a goal to ensure suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.Own the relationship with the ISO certifying bodies, including ensuring internal and external audit plans are in place and executed, ensuring the effectiveness of the QMS, EMS and EnMS management systems.Lead corporate ISO management systems audit team and act as a lead auditor when needed.Personnel manager for corporate ISO management systems team, responsible for the HR actions and daily support/guidance for the team.Work with global ISO teams to share data, best practices and look for opportunities to integrate operations to improve efficiency.Provide support and guidance for China governmental and customer audits related to energy, environment, and quality.Support expansion of ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 management systems to new business groups and operational locations and the acquisition of ISO certification.Support Lenovo’s corporate ISO 50001 energy management certification program, supporting compliance to the requirements of the standards and related external requirements.  Enhance global ISO 50001 covering energy management system requirements across Lenovo’s offices and manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent processes, performance tracking, and certification readiness in collaboration with geo leads, sites, and other functions.  Support internal ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 focal points, by providing related standards guidance and training.  Promote quality, environmental and energy management awareness via local activities such as Environment Week, providing global trainings and seminars and other activities. Manage global water resiliency program and corporate site environmental program, including managing corporate water and site environmental subject matter expert.Support corporate level reporting tools for site environmental data reporting and support external audits of site environmental data.  Responsible for corporate commitments to water resiliency and preparation of disclosures/surveys related to water, nature targets and unique customer reporting requirements. Manage China payments for ESG & RC organizationOther projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality or environmental related field or commensurate experience.Minimum of 10 years experience, in a management systems certification, quality, environmental, compliance or related role.Certified auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 or willingness to obtain within first 6 months.Prior experience as a personnel manager required.  Familiarity with information technology products and development, supply chain, or related functions is a plus.Strong leadership skills are critical for success in this role.  Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.5-10% travel expected, to conduct/attend ISO/governmental audits.
