The successful candidate will lead a team of contracts professionals of various skill levels. They should also be skilled in commercial contract negotiation, recognized as a highly adaptive and critical thought leader and capable of working within integrated project teams while adhering to corporate governance, and policies and procedures in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Candidate must be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, an active team player, have a results-oriented mindset and be highly adaptable in an environment with rapidly changing digital technologies and competing priorities. In addition , the ideal candidate will possess advanced contracting expertise. This includes proficiency in redlining, drafting, summarizing contract terms, negotiating, letter writing, and managing commercial contracts. This role provides a unique opportunity to apply your expertise while supporting the success of our innovative Interiors business. _This is a U.S.-based remote role with direct reports located across the country and global customer engagement. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
