What you'll do...The Senior Manager of Global People Communications is a key member of our team, supporting the communications of People initiatives across Walmart International, Corporate Functions, and Technology/Product. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong writing and storytelling skills, to help drive change, strengthen engagement, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Through owned and earned channels, we deliver clear, compelling communications that highlight Walmart’s unique culture and opportunities, empowering associates to thrive and lead through change. What you’ll do: Develop and execute AI-powered, data-informed communication strategies that support Walmart’s Global People efforts and enhance employer brand. Source and create compelling stories that reinforce Walmart as the best place to work and shop. Write, edit, and deliver impactful content across multiple channels, simplifying complex topics into clear, persuasive messages. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across the business. Support comprehensive media and storytelling plans for Walmart's Global People strategy to enhance the company's reputation. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area.
1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
