What You’ll Do

Lead Strategy Development: Design and deploy innovative commercial strategies that maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.Channel Optimization: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to ensure efficiency and growth.Project Leadership: Oversee the commercial project calendar, ensuring timely and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Commercial Planning: Drive sales distribution planning and budgeting, ensuring resource allocation delivers maximum ROI.Execution Excellence: Provide strategic leadership for trade marketing initiatives, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.7+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing within FMCG or technology sectors, including 3+ years in leadership roles.Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn insights into action.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and driving change.
