Nestlé MENA is currently looking for a Cluster CDT Lead - Petcare. In this role you will adapt/localize the overall category strategy & growth drivers to the cluster by shaping the Channel & Customer plans based on shopper understanding and portfolio strategies. You will also develop commercial plans and customers compelling selling stories to help deliver on the category’s strategies and growth expectations. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Understand and leverage shopper missions, Category Growth Drivers, Activation Platforms, Initiatives and Customer requirements to contribute to channel solution and picture of success development. • Consolidate, communicate, proactively monitor, and review the performance of the category and be the true category experts and insight partners to key retailers in the cluster. • Understand and Develop channel solutions and contribute to build commercially aligned business cases and key initiatives by leveraging category strategy. • Responsible for ensuring strong commercial plans are developed and can be executed in line with category objectives and properly embedded in customer and field sales plans. • Define the resources, in trade activations & budgets required (PFME / TTS) to deliver the category growth & market share gains while overcoming any risks &/or opportunities. • Analyze market share and distribution readings to drive sound commercial decisions to win in the marketplace. What will make you successful… • 3-5 years rounded experience in managerial commercial roles • Deep channel, customer & shopper understanding (Traditional channel, Modern trade, Digital) • Commercial experience (Revenue management, promotional & pricing strategy, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots (competition analysis, new trends, category & retail landscape) • Stakeholder management, influencing, People & Leadership skills: both internal & externa
